
Group training is a virtual session where multiple individuals get together weekly and cover a broad range of exercises to get you moving. We perform full body workouts and use minimal equipment at times. This is the perfect opportunity to get your feet wet if you're a beginner or aren't quite ready to commit to an individual program just yet. We are a friendly bunch and listen to good music while exercising, we bring the good vibes!


This class is for anyone beginners to intermediate interested in a full body workout using body weight and/or dumbbells.
This is a virtual zoom session. We meetup together in a group setting with some music in the background to help get us going. We perform full body workouts using body weight and/or dumbbells. Anyone from a beginner to intermediate would enjoy this class a lot.

I work with you directly and we analyze your current fitness level and create a workout and plan based on your specific goals.
