
Individual training is where I will work with you one on one and specifically create a workout program for you and your goals. We will perform an assessment of where you currently are and from there, there is no ceiling to how high we can climb. We can design and create the program to meet your schedule requirements and have the sessions either be a half hour or even a full hour.


This program is for men and women that want a personalized fitness program to achieve their goals.
This class is performed in a virtual environment where we will meet as often as we define in your program and I will give you a specific program for your goals. We will go over what equipment is needed if any during the assessment and after I create your specific program. One on one or individual training is where you will have my full commitment and attention specifically to you and together we will be determined to achieve whatever goal it is you have!
